Royal Icing Recipe
An extremely sugary icing that dries very stiff! Used for attaching decorations or as it's own decoration. Often used to decorate cookies.
Ingredients
3 tablespoonsMeringue Powder(32.25 grams)
1 poundConfectioners Sugar(454 grams - sifted, though I usually don't bother)
4 tablespoonsWarm Water(59 ml - start with less in a hot/humid climate)
Instructions
Beat all ingredients until icing forms stiff peaks (about 7-10 minutes at low speed).

Will store (though NOT in the refrigerator) in an airtight container for one month.
Make sure you use nothing (bowls/utensils) with residual grease on it when making or storing!
