This cake project tutorial consists of three videos
The first video demonstrates how to build the structure for this Rudolph cake, and it also talks a little bit about structure in general.
The second video is part one of building the cake onto the structure
The third video is part 2, finishing the cake.
Ingredients needed:
Cake for the head
1 layer 6″ round baked in 3″ tin
1 layer 8″ round baked in 3″ tin
Cake for the body
2 layers, 6″ rounds baked in 3″ tins
Modeling Chocolate
brown – 1 batch
white – 1/2 to 1 batch
American Crusting Buttercream
2 batches (to be safe)… or about 1.7 kg
