Round Book Tier

All Cakeheads Tutorials • 17m

Notes:

make each book spine height 1/4" taller than the height of the cake tier
cut the little strips for the book covers 1/4" thick
make the width of the book spines different- I made mine 3/4", 1" and 1 & 1/4" thick
I needed about 25 total book spines to cover a 10" round cake covered in fondant
