How to make wafer paper crinoline and attach it to cake.
RECIPE
- 1 & 1/2 sheets wafer paper, cut into pieces
- 100mL of cold water
Instructions:
1. Combine wafer paper and water into a chopper/blender and blend until liquid is smooth.
2. Place 1-2 Tablespoons onto a non-stick pan at medium high heat.
3. Let bubble for a couple of minutes and reduce heat to medium.
4. The crinoline sheet should "unstick" itself to the pan when it's done!
5. Let sit in the open air for at least fifteen minutes so it can reabsorb some moisture and won't crumble.
